What Can Ya Say?
Its a big fair apparently in or near Louisville as evidenced by the WHAS poster on the wall of arena. That was field corn by the way; that's why it didn't look anything like Green Giant Niblets. Complete with old clunkers and classic carney types.

The Complete Version
I've been looking for ages. After I saw it goofed upon on "Mystery Science Theater 3000" (where it's edited for time), I knew it was one for my collection!
Oh, and notice everyone in this short. Now, they're all dead 8)

A nice film for city children to have seen in 1947
This was a nice film about a state fair for city children of 1947 to see. The narrator sounds like the president of EB films. He has an annoying stylized habbit of emphasizing the last words of clauses and sentences.
